Meet your REALTOR® Brian Bracey

Hello and welcome!

I became interested in real estate when I bought my first home in 2006. This purchase was more than an investment in the traditional sense of home buying as it started me down a path to a new career. My experience with the home buying process led me to help friends and family members with their own buying and selling of real estate. One friend suggested I would make an amazing real estate agent given my natural tendency for helping others. That’s when it finally hit home. I decided to pursue my real estate license so I could help others on their journey toward home ownership.

I joined the Virtual Properties Realty (VPR) team as a REALTOR® in May 2019. Before joining VPR, my professional career centered around customer service, helping others achieve their goals, master new skills, learn new technologies, and education on specific medical diseases.
My most recent career as an outside marketing and sales representative required daily travel throughout Atlanta and its neighboring suburbs, allowing me to become familiar with the Atlanta metropolitan area. 

I’m a Georgia native, growing up in Carrollton and graduating from the University of West Georgia with a BBA in Marketing. In 2014, my fiancé and I moved to Atlanta from Carrollton, where we enjoyed the convenience of city living. After four years of condo living, we wanted more room for our growing family of rescued fur babies. Our goal was a single family home with a backyard for the dogs to run and play. In 2018, we purchased a home in Marietta that we enjoy with our fur babies, Rocky, Jaxx, and as of March 2020, Dawson.

When not helping clients and customers, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and playing a round of golf (golf is a sport I've enjoyed since childhood and was my first career out of college). My fiancé and I love to travel, try new restaurants, attend local festivals, and of course, cheer on our Atlanta and Georgia sports teams.
